My Story
Dr. Sarah Shimanek, DPT, WCS, PRPC is a physical therapist trained in women's health and pelvic rehabilitation. Dr. Sarah, or just Sarah to her clients, noticed a lack of quality education and resources for pelvic health and wellness, particularly in regard to those with pelvic pain and autoimmune issues affecting the pelvis. Sarah wanted to share the knowledge gained from her years of experience as a physical therapist for these individuals, bringing that knowledge to a broader audience through coaching and online resources.
